AAL offers extensive experience in complex non-linear mechanical analysis, thermal analysis and NVH analysis. Past projects comprised the following areas:

• Static structural analysis: stress prediction and design optimisation featuring complex non-linear material properties and contact surfaces.

• Static and transient thermal analysis simulating non-linear thermal properties.

• Structural durability analysis: complex fatigue post-processing, multiple load cases, frequency domain and time domain calculations.

• Boundary conditions calculations for powertrain components.

• NVH (Noise - Vibration - Harshness) simulation: exterior noise radiation from structural components, intake/exhaust systems, sound quality, absorptive components (trimming), etc.
